Job Description

BOB Financial Solutions invites application for the position Assistant Manager or Senior officer.

Qualification in Details:

The Company’s core business is credit card issuance. It also provides support to Bank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations.

1. Position: Assistant Manager/Senior Officer-Card Operations

2. Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Post graduate Degree will be an added advantage.

3. Minimum Experience: 2+ Years in service industry (preferably credit cards).

4. Location of posting: Mumbai The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India.

5. Job specific skills: 

a) Sound understanding of Network Settlement process & network guidelines standards.

b) Sound knowledge of Settlement vouchers/Reports and ability to interpret and apply the network rules to the benefit of the organization.

c) Experience of managing settlement / provisions reconciliation functions & work closely within team.

d) Extensive experience of working with MS office Tools

e) Ability to lead team size of 2-4 people

f) Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure adherence to deadlines

g) Good analytical skills problem solving skills

h) Good Communication skills

i) Keen eye for detail.

Role and Responsibilities:

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Well verse with reporting of dollar Inward/Outward remittances pertaining to settlement bank accounts & its funding requirements.

2. Responsible for investigating & processing charges related to Network Schemes billing.

3. Preparation, verification & reconciliation of daily settlement vouchers for onward submission to Finance.

4. Co-ordination with Internal finance and Business functions to complete statutory and regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.

5. Submission of quarterly reports to MasterCard & Visa.

6. Analysing and preparing provisions & variance reports and other monthly reports.
