Essential:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3+ years of experience successfully managing various projects simultaneously.
1-2 years of managing cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore distributed team environment.
Outstanding grasp of information technology & business concepts as well as software development processes.
Understands who the stakeholder is, what are their needs; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors coverall satisfaction.
Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.
