  • Draft, negotiate and close vendor and client contracts as per the AXA global standards
  • Work closely with the procurement and operations teams to ensure that pricing details and scope is captured as per the requirement of the company
  • Be responsible for the effective and efficient management of legal and compliance department, provision of legal advisory services and ensure effective management of legal and contractual risks and contract compliance
  • Resolve routine legal issues
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure non-compliance has been identified and appropriate courses of action have been taken
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirement
  • Well versed in LPO and the leading industry software like Relativity, Lexis Nexis, Westlaw etc.
