I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (KEY DELIVERABLES) |
· Identification of vendors & negotiations with help of H. O admin for Repair & Maintenance activities. · Put in place reporting & monitoring mechanisms for control of expenses, Housekeeping, Security, Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, Cleanliness, Scrap disposal etc at locations. · To ensure all the facility is maintained properly with daily rounds and check · To meet & provide regular feedback to maintenance, housekeeping, support staff team on their work to avoid any negligence of work · Ensure each and every administration activity is done within the budget with proper saving · During any claim, logged immediately to insurance company and ensure it is settled within time · International & domestic Travel Hotel & travel booking · Activate International Roaming Facility on their mobile / to provide Global Calling card · Issue proper valid Visa before their travel · Issuing Overseas Travel Insurance/Foreign currency · Ensuring the companies set standards with regards to administration are followed at location. · Introduce and implement cost efficiency so as to reduce Opex · Ensure maintenance of records / documents related to company assets & property of individual locations are maintained at locations. · Ensure Company assets & property are taken care · Support for Event management/Employee engagement |
