Job Description

Job Summary

  • Business development.
  • Promoting cross-selling & up-selling.
  • Conducting market research & competitor & customer analysis.
  • Developing / creating new strategies & processes to achieve business-targets & eventually organization’s goals.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market, customer’s requirements & evaluating available options.
  • Resolving internal conflicts & managing priorities.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Ensuring ‘customer delight’.
  • Conducting timely visits at the client side, for payment collections.
  • Ensuring recurring / renewal business from the same client.
  • Handling perpetual audits.
  • Managing monthly-operations-MIS & reports.
  • Should be able to coordinate with various teams, in order to close any new business deals.
  • Should be able to integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Proactively updates job-knowledge, by participating in various training-opportunities & forums, or may be by reading
  • professional publications relevant to the area of work.
