PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
o Proven work experience of 4 - 5 years in residential flat sales and plot sales
o Should be able to assess client requirements’ and serve promptly to maximize
closure opportunities
o Ability to manage a team of sales executives and be able to achieve
o Should possess strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
o Perseverance and endurance to stay focused and aggressive
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Meeting clients to brief product through presentations and site visits
o Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
o Following up with clients towards sales closures.
o Complete satisfaction of the customer from a site visit to handover of the project.
o Prompt post-sales servicing for all paperwork and collections
o Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times and pursue a referral
opportunities from existing customers
o Be accountable for achieving sales targets
o Managing and motivate sales executives to meet sales targets
o Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
o Working for accomplishing self and team target.
o Ready to travel across the city and good knowledge of developments and localities
o Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing
key client relationships from time to time.
o Consistently partner with all the sales / vertical leads, marketing head, digital
marketing team and strategy lead towards achieving the overall sales revenue and
business targets.
o Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and will be responsible for achieving
targets.
