Starting our journey in 1998, we initially worked as Government contractors and builders involved in constructing Government roads and flyovers. In 2008, we forayed into the real estate industry, and worked with the world’s renowned architects to build meticulously planned residential properties India. Over these years, we have successfully delivered some great projects, including 39 Acres Farms, Raj Villas, Raj Villas Grand and Claridges Residency, which are a real feather in our cap. Other remarkable projects to our name include Residency Himalayas - nestled in the mesmerizing beauty of Shimla, and Mashobra Hills - located amidst mist bathed hills of Mashobra, Shimla.

It was in 2014 that we entered the homestay Industry, to build diligently planned, spacious homestays for a comfortable stay, and to cash in the opportunity to enjoy high return on investment. With a vision to be one-stop destination for all types of needs related to real estate India, and to make our mark as one of the trusted property developers, we are all set to embark on a journey to venture into new residential projects, including apartments, club houses, studio apartments and bunglows, along with building some commercial properties India, such as shopping complex and hospitals, at the spectacular locations of Shimla, Rishikesh, Vrindavan and Manali.
