We’re looking for Assistant Manager Sales:
· Make Outbound Calls to Prospects
· Explaining the services of Hedgehomes over call and in person to the clients
· Assissting the Prospects in site visits to various real estate projects briefing them about the pros and cons of individual location and project.
· Analysing the requirement of the prospect and finding a suitable project for him/her.
· Supporting business development through active lead nurturing and developing prospect relationships.
· Maintaining Proper Follow up with the prospects and updating it on cloud based CRM.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

You’ll be working with a very talented team of Enthusiastic Sales People working directly under one of the Director who himself is a serial entrepreneur and has 2 other successful startups. We will provide you complete training to help you understand the market and to develop your skills. You’ll play an important role in the growth and development of your new colleagues.
Your Expertise / Personality, Skills:
· Previous experience in a sales or business development environment is preferred
· Evidence of lots of effective client communication and handling across multiple communication channels
· Good Verbal and written Communication Skills
· Confidence in speaking on the telephone
· Strong commercial awareness
· An outgoing and likeable personality
· Confidence in your own abilities
· A high degree of self-motivation
· A passion for selling and relationship building
· Resilience and persistence
· Results orientated
· Bachelors or Equivalent degree.
Other Requirement:
· Having an own Vehicle is desirable as the job requires daily commute.
. Candidates residing in Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi or Faridabad will be preferred
· A fixed salary of INR 3.0 to 5.0 lacs per annum for freshers
· INR 20000/- to 50000/- incentives per month depending on performance
