Assistant Manager Sales
Skill Set - Communication Skills, Previous experience as a sales representative, Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Responsibilities:-
1. Business development in assigned region
2. Design sales plan to achieve annual targets.
3. Managing Key Account and Channel partner.
4. Conduct trials for our products at customer relationships.
5. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
6. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Should have experience of:
1. B2B sales in the auto, auto-ancillary, and engineering goods sectors.
2. Getting product approval by conducting trials at the customer end.
3. Key account management.
4. Must have B2B sales experience in oil petroleum, chemical, crude oil, lubricants, etc.
