We're hiring for KGN XPRS

1.      Handling Day to Day operations. Getting operations in place.

2.      Creating SOP, Brand Manual, Operations Manual, Training Manual, risk management sheet etc.

3.      Handling Inventory management, daily sales, and purchase with fixed vendors, ordering, Receiving, storage, production.

4.      Analysis of sales data and work upon for indenting, staffing.

5.      Recruitment and training for staff.

6.      Standardizing operation in terms of Service and production.

7.      New store opening with all concern team i.e. Marketing, legal, finance, logistics.

8.      To follow up with Customer Satisfaction and working on negative feedback.

9.      Routine audits for account control, inventory control, safety, staff grooming, food cost, hygiene and cleanliness.

10.   Over viewing daily and monthly P&L.

11.  Local store Marketing.

12.  Taking care and follow up on advertisement and marketing activities.

13.  Focus on achieving Top Line and Bottom Line

14.  Responsible for maintaining the various MIS reports

15.  Responsible for making & implementing promotional strategies to increase sales volume & achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

17.  Developing and implementing procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

18.  Ensure profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of product management, monitoring food production to ensure compliance with quality & hygiene standards.

19.  Co-ordinate with operating staff for upkeep of kitchen equipment in perfect working order.

20.  Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization.

21.  Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements
