Assistant Professor Analytics  job vacancies in Manipal University

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE),Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for the faculty positions for Business Analytics at Department of Commerce, MAHE, Manipal:

Qualification: MBA (Information System)/MBA (Analytics)/ MSc.(Statistics/ Mathematics) & PhD (Management / Analytics)

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience, Strong background in statistics (mandatory) and mathematics (preferred), Basic and inferential statistics, Predictive Analytics / Modelling Regression, Time-Series analytics, Bayesian Analysis. Prescriptive Analytics / Optimization Linear & Non-Linear programming, Goal Programming, Dynamic Programming (preferred) Machine Learning Algorithms – Clustering, Principal Component Analysis, Factor Analysis, Decision Tree (All mandatory), Hands on working knowledge of various types of analytical software ,R/R-Studio (Must), SQL (Must), MS Excel (Must), Python (preferred), Tableau/Power BI (not mandatory, but added advantage), Proven track record in research and publishing in scholarly journals.
