University of Calicut jobs - Assistant Professor Costume and Fashion Designing

Assistant Professorjob Position in  University of Calicut on contract basis

Qualification  :  1.P.G. with 50% marks in any one of the following. a. M.Sc Costume and Fashion Designing with NET/PhD b.M.Sc Textile& fashion Designing with NET/PhD c. MSc Textile and Clothing with NET /PhD d. MSc Apparel Designing and Technology with NET /PhD ( in the absence of NET /PhD candidates, non NET candidates will also be considered). In the absence of the above qualified candidates BTech Textile (with 50 % marks) with teaching or Industrial experience will also be considered. 2. Additional qualification: Diploma/ Certificate Course in CAD/PGDCA/DCA

Salary :  a. Candidates with Ph.D - Rs.26,000/- per month (consolidated amount without D.A and any other allowances in the scale of pay 26000-400-30000-500-35000-600- 41000 b) Candidates with NET/MPhil- Rs 25,000/- per month (consolidated amount without D.A and any other allowances in the scale of pay 25000-400-29000-500- 34000-600-40000). c) Candidates without NET/MPhil- Rs 24,000/- per month (consolidated amount without D.A and any other allowances in the scale of pay 24000-400-28000-500- 33000-600-39000)

Upper Age Limit :  Not exceeding 64 years on the date of Notification
