Essential Qualifications:[1] Full time Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University with 60% marks; [2] Full time Master's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate either in bachelor's or Master's degree; and [3] At least 8 years teaching experience in an institute affiliated to / State Board of Technical Education/ Recognized University or 12 years of relevant Industry experiences;

Desirable: Ph.D in Hotel Management or in the relevant subjects Job Details of Food Production: Hands on Knowledge is a must. Functional duties like:Preparing meals, receiving food items, storing food properly, operating food processing equipment; Maintaining supplies, mixing ingredients, Assessing food items quality. Job Details of F&B Service Monitoring and Conducting practical classes; F&B Service faculty required with Industry background and teaching experience.

Functional Area: Education/ Teaching Faculty for Housekeeping service required with Industry as well as teaching experience. Efficient and orderly management of cleaning, servicing and repairing of guest rooms. Front Office Teaching faculty for Front Office service required with Industrial experience in Front Office management will be preferred. Teaching students the responsibility for handling front office reception and administration duties.

The history of Jamia Hamdard begins with the establishment of a small Unani clinic in the year 1906 by Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed, one of the well-known practitioners of Unani System of Medicine of his time. Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed had a vision of making the practice of Unani Medicine into a scientific discipline so that Unani medicines could be dispensed in a more efficacious manner to patients. He gave the name 'Hamdard' to his venture which means 'sympathy for all and sharing of pain'.
