Eligibility :  Masters degree in physical chemistry or Masters Degree in chemistry with physical Chemistry as one of the papers from a recognized University/ institute; and (ii) five years post qualification experience of research work in physical chemistry or five years' working experience in sugar factory or distillery or other related industrial units or five years ‘teaching experience at degree level in physical Chemistry; OR Doctorate in chemistry from a recognized university/ institute with essential qualifications at Masters Degree in physical chemistry or Masters Degree in chemistry with Physical chemistry as one of the papers from a recognized university/ institute; and (ii) three years' working experience in sugar factory or distillery or other related industrial units or three years ‘teaching experience at degree level in physical Chemistry.

Pay Scale :  Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (PB-3: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs. 6,600/-, as per 6th CPC)

Age Limit : The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
