Responsibilities and Duties
Candidates should be able to perform the following tasks in their respective department :

• Academic leadership in the subject area, including all programmes and modules therein, and oversight of all associated curriculum development, teaching, learning, and research.
• Assurance of academic quality
• Research Oriented
• Leadership and Working Collaboratively
• Liaison and Networking for various student development initiatives like placements, events, seminars, workshops, etc
• The applicant should have demonstrated leadership in teaching/research in a specific area of specialisation
• The applicant should have excellent written and oral communication skills
