Job Description
As an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, you will be responsible for conducting research in your area of expertise, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising student research projects, and contributing to the academic community through service and committee work.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research in computer science and publish findings in reputable journals and conferences
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science
Supervise student research projects and provide guidance and mentorship
Participate in curriculum development and program assessment activities
Contribute to the academic community through service on committees and involvement in professional organizations
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of computer science
Strong publication record in reputable journals and conferences
Experience teaching computer science courses at the university level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
