Professor

Qualifications : 1. A Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of the section 13 of the Act). 2. Paediatrics: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Pediatrics) or equivalent recognized degree. Paediatric Surgery: M.Ch. or equivalent qualification in the specialty

Experience: 1. Fourteen (14) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject or specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD or qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR 2. Twelve (12) years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject or specialty concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of two years. M.Ch.(Pediatric Surgery) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR 3. Eleven years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of three years course of MCh (Pediatric Surgery) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Age Limit: Upto 66 yrs.

Associate Professor

Qualifications: 1. A Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of the section 13 of the Act). 2. Pediatrics: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Pediatrics) or equivalent recognized degree.

Experience: 1. Six (06) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject or specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Age Limit: Upto 55 yrs.

Assistant Professor

Qualifications. a. A Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of the section 13 of the Act). 3. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/MS (in concerned specialty) or equivalent recognized degree. 4. Pediatric Surgery: M.Ch. or equivalent qualification in the specialty

Experience : Three (03) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognised institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Age Limit : Upto 50 yrs.

Medical Officer

Qualifications :  (i) A recognised MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical act, 1956, Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship - Candidates who may not have completed rotating internship shall be eligible to appear for the written examination provided that, If selected, they shall have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before appointment.

Age Limit : Upper age limit for the post of Medical Officer is 32 yrs as on the last date of submission of applications. The reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS are as per the rules. The reservation for DIVYANG (PWD) (OL) candidates shall be as per rules on horizontal basis

Application Fee :  The application fee is Rs.1500/- for General & OBC (Delhi) category candidates and Rs. 750/- for SC/ST candidates is payable in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, CNBC payable at Delhi/New Delhi No fee is payable for DIVYANG candidates. The application fee is non refundable.
