Ph.D in related area 3. Published Articles (Minimum 5 Nos) in reviewed journals listed by UGC/International Journals other than on-line Journals. 4. Computer Knowledge 5. Knowledge in Malayalam Language
Experience : 1. Participation in National/International Seminars/Workshops 2. At least two years research experience in topics related Local Governance & Development /Local Finance or experience as a Trainer in the same subject.
Pay : Rs.15600-39100 with AGP 6000/
Age Limit : Not more than 39 Years as on 01.01.2019
