Computer Engineering, Software Engineering And Information Technology :  -   B.E./B.Tech and M.E./ M.Tech in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech from a recognized University ‘OR’ 1 st class MCA and 1st class in M.Tech in relevant branch from a recognized University ‘OR’ I st class or equivalent in B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch/Ist class in MCA and Ph.D in relevant branch from a recognized University

AGP Rs. 6000/- in PB 3 (Rs. 15,600- 39100/-)

Management (DSM & USME) :  -   First class Master’s degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in Two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/Accredited by the AICTE/UGC. ‘OR’ First class in M. Tech. in relevant branch. ‘OR’ First class Graduate and professionally qualified Charted Accountant/Cost & Works Accountant/Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies.

AGP Rs. 6000/- in PB-3 (Rs. 15,600- 39100/-)

Economics (USME) :  -Master’s Degree in relevant branch with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and must have cleared NET conducted by UGC or similar test accredited by UGC like SLET/SET. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Ph.D. regulations 2009 may be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET.

Mathematics & Computing :- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./ M.Tech in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech from a recognized University ‘OR’ Ist class or equivalent in B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch and Ph.D. in relevant branch from a recognized University ‘OR’ M.Sc./M.A. in relevant branch with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and must have cleared NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar test accredited by UGC like SLET/SET. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with UGC Ph.D regulations 2009 may be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET.

Age Limit  :   The upper age limit shall be 35 years. Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the last date for receipt of applications i.e. 21.08.2019.

Application Fee  :  The application fee will be amounting to Rs.1,000/-in case of UR/OBC candidates and Rs.500/-in case of EWS/SC/ST/PH Category candidates. The application fee will be accepted through online mode only. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the University. The candidates are directed to enclose the print out of online fee receipt with the printout of the online Application Form and other required documents.

Procedure for Selection :  I. The applications received will be scrutinized as per the eligibility criteria notified in the advertisement by the University for respective discipline. II. List of eligible and not eligible candidates for appearing in the screening test will be uploaded on the University website. III. The eligible candidates will be required to download Admit Cards from the University website for appearing in the screening test. IV. The screening test for the post of Assistant Professor will be based on prescribed syllabus available on University website. V. The date of Screening Test will be notified in due course of time. The candidates are advised to keep on watching the University website for further updates.
