Essential Qualifications/Experience: 1. Assistant Professor:- i) Anaesthesia ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Anaesthesia) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty concerned after obtaining the qualifying postgraduate degree of MD.
ii) ENT ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MS (Otolaryngology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MS.
iii) Haematology ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. DM (Hematology) or MD (Pathology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD including 1 year in the specialty concerned. OR 01 year teaching and research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM in case of 2 years DM course. However no additional experience is necessary for the candidate possessing the 3 years recognized of DM or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
iv) Internal Medicine ESSENTIAL d. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). e. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Internal Medicine) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. f. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD.
v) Medical Microbiology For Medical: ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Medical Microbiology/Microbiology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution after obtaining the degree of MD. For Non-Medical : ESSENTIAL a. Master’s degree (regular course – UGC recognized/equivalent) viz. M.Sc. Medical Microbiology/Clinical Microbiology. b. Ph.D. in the concerned discipline/subject of an Indian University/ Institute or its equivalent Ph.D. Degree from a foreign University recognised by the University Grants Commission. EXPERIENCE 03 years teaching and / or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Ph.D. Degree.
vi) Obst. & Gynae. ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/MS (Obstetrics and Gynecology) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognised Institution in the subject of Speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD.
vii) Orthopaedics : ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A postgraduate qualification i.e. M.S (Orthopaedics) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience in a recognised Institution in the subject of Speciality after obtaining the degree of MS.
viii) Radiodiagnosis : ESSENTIAL a. A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.). b. A Postgraduate qualification i.e. MD Radiology (before bifurcation)/MD Radio-diagnosis/MD Radio- diagnosis & Imaging of an Indian University/Institute recognized by Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post. c. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI. EXPERIENCE 3 years teaching and research experience, in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD
Age Limit: The age limit is upto 50 years on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation of five years for SC/ST and three years for OBC candidates will be given as per Govt. of India rules
2. Senior Residents:- a) A Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13 (3)of the Act.). b) Must be registered with the central /State Medical Council. c) A postgraduate qualification of an Indian University or equivalent degree
Age Limit: [ The age limit is upto 37 years on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation of five/three years for SC/ST and OBC candidates will be given as per Govt. of India rules.
3. Medical Officer :- a) A medical qualification included in I or II schedule or Part II or 3 rd schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the 3rd Schedule should also fulfil the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act). b) The candidate must be registered with the State/Central Medical Council of India. c) Should have special training in Family Planning & Educational methods. Preference will be given to Postgraduate degree or diploma in the speciality concerned.
Age Limit: 4 The age limit is upto 30 years (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST and three years for OBC candidates will be given as per Govt. of India rules).
