1.      Job Description:

We are currently working with a leading Oil Marketing company in implementing a Retail transformation program. As part of this engagement, we need contractual manpower (2-3 people to start with and potentially expand to  8 -10 people) to assist us in this project for a duration of 9-12 months. The work would require the selected people to be based out of state headquarters (of selected states) and travel to regions within the states to visit retail outlets. The work involves interacting with state level employees of the company, conduct interactions with relevant stakeholders, collect and regularly update required data and report it back to the A.T. Kearney team. To start with, we would like to pilot this in 2-3 state offices at the earliest and then scale up. 

We would like to start with Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (East),Telangana & Andhra Pradesh

2.      Credentials: 

a.       Qualifications: B Tech and BE from reputed colleges would be ideal. However, we would also be open to taking BSc. MSc. or graduate candidates who are from reputable/known colleges

b.      Experience: We prefer candidates with prior experience of working in a project environment and conducting client interactions. Working in government setup or project experience with the Government / PSU would be ideal.   

3.      Additional Candidate Requirements: 

a.       Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is also required

b.      Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel – able to run simple formulae and read / create simple pivot charts

c.       Candidates would need to have their own phone and laptop with a working internet connection 

4.      Expectations from the candidates:  

a.       Ability to work in an intense working environment and put up necessary working hours daily

b.      Availability on occasional weekends in case the project demands it.

c.       Adherence to A.T. Kearney guidelines, professionalism and policies as deemed necessary.
