Project title: Diseases and Interventions Modelling to Action Group (DIMAG)
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
MTech/ME/MDes or equivalent degree OR
BTech/BE/MA/MSc/MCA/ MBA or equivalent degree with 2 years relevant experience
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
A Masters's degree in any of the engineering, management, or sciences/humanities.
Must possess excellent communication and scientific writing skills.
Must be able to handle computer systems, databases, and various software applications.
Must be able to handle large-scale, multi-institutional projects.
Experience in budget analysis, project fund management, and management procedures of IIT
Bombay are necessary.
Expertise in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Google Sheets and the ability to
work with large and complex spreadsheets is necessary.
Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented working style are desired.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision, the ability to recognize areas of weakness with a
willingness to learn, ability to work within diverse teams are preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and excellent oral presentation and writing skills are desired.
Job Profile:Assist Project charge in financial management processes to support efficient use of funds
Manage and maintain all financial records, file contract documents, financial statements, and work plan budgets.
Provide technical assistance in tracking and analyzing program outcomes and pipelines.
Liaise with and provide support to other groups on budget-related issues.
Serve as the point of contact for the consortium in all project management matters
Assists in the preparation of, and coordinates the review of, program planning documents, including
concept papers, activity approval documents, assistance checklists, and other needed documents for
program activities, as designated.
Organize training programs and workshops and related events
Pay Details:
Level PR-O1: Salary range from Rs.33600 to Rs 67200 + Rs.6250.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if
applicable) p.m.
