Online Recruitment Applications (ORA*) are invited from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to 03 (UR Ex-Servicemen=02 & EWS=01) post(s) of Assistant Public Relations Officer, Class-II (Non-Gazetted) (on contract basis) in the pay band of Rs.10,300-34,800+Rs.4200/- Grade Pay (Emoluments for Contract Employee(s) Rs.14,500/- per month in the Department of Information & Public Relation, Himachal Pradesh

AGE: 18 to 45 years 

a) Essential Qualification(s):- Bachelor Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Public Relations & Advertising from a recognized University. Or Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Public Relations &Advertising froma recognized University. 

Desirable Qualification 1) Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh. 2)Publication of material such as features and articles in Newspapers or journals of standing. Two years working experience of professional nature in anyGovernment Department or Public Sector Undertakings or Media Organization of standing.
