3. Educational Qualification: Officers of the Central/State Govt. or Institute of national importance or Universities/ University level Institution or Govt. laboratory or PSU:
(a) Holding analogous post and
(b) Possessing educational qualification prescribed as below Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/UGC point scale with good academic record
from a recognized University/Institute Or Employees serving as Superintendent (SG-I)/ Private Secretary (NFG) in PB-2, GP of Rs 5,400/- (Pay Level-9) with at least two years regular service or Superintendent (SGII)/Private Secretary (NFG) in PB-2 of Rs 4,800/- (Pay Level8) with at least five years regular service with Masters
degree.
4. Desirable: Experience in working E-Office system. A Chartered or Cost Accountant is desirable. Preference would be given to persons having working experience in the area of Finance & Accounts in Central Govt. Funded Technical Institute (CFTI),Central Universities or in Central Government.
5. Nature of duties: (i) Must be able to work in computerized environment with appropriate accounting Software including Tally in areas of Finance and Accounts and store related matters. (ii) Well convergent with PSMS developed and implemented by the Controller General of Accounts (CGA),Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. (iii) Through knowledge of GFR, SR &FR and other purchase rules etc. of Govt. of India to deal with allotted work in the areas of Finance & Accounts independently.
6. Pay Scale: Level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs 56,100- Rs 1,77,500 per month)
