4. Resolving customers questions and grievances in a professional manner.
5. Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
6. Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
7. Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced
8. Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
9. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.
11. Wastage control measures.
