Purpose of Role: Candidate should be able to drive team of agents to grow business of Health Vertical with profitability. Recruitment of agents, agent activation & generation of business through them
Location: Mumbai, Nagpur, Kolhapur
Education: Minimum Graduate
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience from Health industry or Life Industry or candidates cross selling health in NBFC & banking.
- Anyone with agency experience will be preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing & recruitment of the new agents
- Planning & driving the local scheme & engagement program for agents
- Ensuring the agent productivity & activation
- Training & agent life cycle management
- Brand development by conducting road shows
- Ensure nil discrepancy
- High customer service satisfaction
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on month basis
