Job Description

Assistant Sales Manager – Health Sales

Location: Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata

Education: Minimum Graduate

Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years in  Insurance in similar role

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing the channel
  • Recruitment of Sales Officers ensuring the individual target of the team members are met
  • Ensure the agent activation and the agent productivity for the Team
  • Owner of the P&L - Maintaining the operations in cost given and ensuring the critical parameters are in line
  • Responsible for achieving the top line, SM target achievement and agent activation and productivity
  • Provide end to end solutions to agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met. Nil service escalations
  • Coordination with the various departments for the approvals and smooth issuance of the Proposal
  • Nil Discrepancy
  • Conducting Periodic training sessions for team members
  • Ensuring renewal targets are achieved
  • Key account management  - develop and manage the Key accounts
