Field sales is required
Lead generation and qualification
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Achieve sales targets within schedule
Each sales team member will specialize in several industries and/or geographic region
MBA candidates are preferred
Work experience: 2 - 8 years. Corporate or Industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in sales process is required - from Sales Plan, Discovery, Understanding Target Persona Profile, Overcoming Objections, to Close Plan. You will be assessed on sales skills during the interview process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and process in sales
Committed to continuous education through online learning, workshops, and conferences
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Languages to be known - English, Hindi and any other regional language
Proficiency in spoken Hindi is required

Salary: Top performers are expected to earn minimum Rs. 2 lakh/month within the first 6 months of employment. Base salary is Rs. 40,000/month plus tiered commission plan (accelerators) and bonuses.
