Job Description

Assistant Sales Manager 

Job responsibilities:

  • Selling Devic Earth's products to prospective customers
  • Field sales is required 
  • Lead generation and qualification
  • Pipeline development 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets within schedule
  • Each sales team member will specialize in several industries and/or geographic region​​​

Education:

  • Graduation required
  • MBA candidates are preferred
​​

Work experience: 2 - 8 years. Corporate or Industrial sales experience preferred.​

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in sales process is required - from Sales Plan, Discovery, Understanding Target Persona Profile, Overcoming Objections, to Close Plan. You will be assessed on sales skills during the interview process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and process in sales
  • Committed to continuous education through online learning, workshops, and conferences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Languages to be known - English, Hindi and any other regional language
  • Proficiency in spoken Hindi is required​​

Job Type: Full-time

Job location: Delhi​

Salary: Top performers are expected to earn minimum Rs. 2 lakh/month within the first 6 months of employment. Base salary is Rs. 40,000/month plus tiered commission plan (accelerators) and bonuses.
