ob Description:
· Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
· Evaluate team performance
· Forecast quarterly and annual profits
· Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
· Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
· Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
· Serve as the point of contact with vendors, distributors and brokers in your region
· Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results
· Development of sales officer in terms of product knowledge and company's quality policy.
· To ensure achievement of teams assigned sales objective.
· Joint field working at retail & stockiest level with all sales officers in a month.
· To support team members in launching new products.
· To ensure proper distribution of Company Promotional Material by all sales officer.
· To support sales officer in preparing orders of stockiest and same to be forward to depot.
· Daily attendance of team and self to be intimated to HO.
· Ensure payments realization within stipulated time by all sales officers.
· To inform HO about competitor’s activities.
· To appoint new stockiest in coordination with RSM/ZSM.
· To appoint new sales officer and their induction in coordination with RSM.
Desired Profile:
6- 10 Years’ experience in Pharma Industry (Preferred – OTC, Ayurveda, FMCG (except food), Cosmetics, Wellness, Personal Care)
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate BA/BBA/BSc/B.Pharm/Any Post Graduate
