Job Description

▪️Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on a daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

▪️Generating & meeting Prospects (Average) on a daily basis.

▪️Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.

▪️Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

▪️Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

▪️Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escort them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc., are briefed properly.

▪️Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
