Qualifications :  Candidate should be a Graduate or equivalent.

Experience :  Minimum 15 year experience. The incumbent should be retired personnel who served as a Junior commissioned Officer in Army/Navy/Air Force.

Salary :   Approximate – Rs. 30,000/- per month. In addition, other benefits as Medical reimbursement, Telephone reimbursement, Canteen Subsidy and any incentive if approved are also payable as per rules.

Age Limit :  Minimum: 45 years Maximum: 55 years - i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1964 and not later than 02.07.1974 (both dates inclusive)
