Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist Ice cream shop Incharge

Handle customer with care

Need to Maintain neat and hygiene environment

Serve Icecream as per customer

Wash utensils

Prepare Shakes, Lassi, Coco, Jamun Shots

Operate software to receive customer order

Monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

Ensuring the shop environment complies with health and safety regulations.

Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing shop front.

Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Ensuring that shop policies and procedures are followed.

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Able to work a flexible schedule.

Good math skills.

Attention to detail.
