Qualifications: Graduation from a recognised University or equivelent and three year experience of administration, accounts and establishment work in a supervisory capacity in the government office or a public body or a commercial organization of repute.

Classification: General Central Services, Group 'C' Non- Gazetted, Non-Ministeria

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-(Pre-revised)

Stenographer (Grade-II)/02 post

Eligibility:

Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Agricultural Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Autonomous Organizations or Semi-Government Organizations or Public Sector Undertakings:

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or (ii) having eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-(pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department

Classificirtion: General Central Services, Group'C' Non- Gazetted Non-Ministerial

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/- (Pre-revised),Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-(Pre-revised)

The Govt. of India, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, Krishibhawan, New Delhi has started the National Seed Research and Training Centre (NSRTC) , Varanasi during October 2005. The NSRTC is situated under greater periphery of the Holy city Varanasi, which is located 5 Km away from heart of city towards south-west on Varanasi-Allahabad G.T. Road, Collectry farm , surrounded by Banaras Hindu University (8 km),Indian Institute of Vegetable Research (20 km) and well linked by Air, Train and Road.
