Assistant Tender Manager :

Job details:

1-Maintain updated/valid Documents Folder like Mfg. Lic. Form 10, Form 41 GMP/COPP, NCC & Technical Documents with the help of RA and update in BOX Folder day to day activity.

2-Maintain upcoming and participation tender dashboard

3-Maintain complete set of Documents of Tender set after submission through box file or hard copies.

3-Co-ordinate with KAMs if they have submitted tenders at their level and ask repository at HO level.

4-Maintain price submission data of Tender submission in Excel Sheet.

5-Extract Last three years data product wise with the help of India SAP Team for preparation for CA certificate for applying documents to FDA.

6-Create Vendor code of Govt. Inst. if its new with the help of GFS Team

7-Collect EMD and Tender Fee with the filing of Apex and EPAY System from Finance and keep track record.

8-Collect BG from Finance Team and keep tracking record for submission of final Tenders.

9-Maintain Rate Contract Hard copies as well as soft copies at HO level also maintain validity of all Rate Contracts in Excel with products as well as rates.

10-Maintain all BSP/ISP claims sheet for clearance.

11-Maintain Clear LD copies at HO level to avoid duplications of claims.

12-Maintain Tender Deposit/ EMD tracker as per KAM wise.

13-Other regular assistance for tenders.

14-Maintain Bank Reco/Open account payment file KAM and Inst. Wise with follow up with RBMs/KAMs

15-learn the entire process of tender submission from revati.
