Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping CEO/MD in carrying out specific projects and research, being involved in decision-making processes, acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries, and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to MD
2. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, organizing events and conferences, reminding MD of important tasks and deadlines, typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, and managing databases and filing systems
3. Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems, along with liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
4. Researching the market and analyzing investments under supervision
5. Contacting and liaising with potential vendors, stakeholders and investors
