Responsibilities and Duties

• Valuation of assets including reading the legal documents, inspection of the property, data collection, market inquiry, analysis of data, report writing, interaction with clients. The candidate must have knowledge and expertise in working with MS WORD, MS EXCEL, AutoCAD.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Fresh or 1 to 2 years of experience with BE (Civil).
• Graduate with experience in the field of valuation of assets.
