We are looking for an experienced professional at the Junior Management Level.

Job-Title : Assistant Vice-President

Job Description : The role will include but not limited to the following:

• Deal origination and inter action with clients, understanding their requirements;
• Liaison with clients for obtaining required financial data/information for preparation and submission of proposal with Banks/FIs;
• Financial modeling, due diligence, preparation of term sheets;
• Structuring the proposal and preparing Information Memorandum, CMA Data etc. for
• submission to Banks;
• To actively participate in discussion and preparation of resolution plan;
• Liaison, inter-act and follow up with banks for sanction.
• To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities with bank/s and the clients for
• documentation and obtain disbursements.

Qualification : CA/ MBA(Finance);

Experience: At least 5 years in Loan Syndication and Corporate structuring. At least two years’ experience in end to end execution experience will be an added advantage.

Age: Not more than 35 years (can be relaxed in deserving cases).

• A deep understanding of Corporate Credit and Loan Syndication;
• A proactive approach to organisational issues with ability to resolve issues, communicate with all level of management, fall in team/s and work in a fast paced environment in a time-bound manner.
• Should have ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office.
