Responsibilities:
You will be Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
The role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external
Liaison with client Black Belts and as well CXO / CFO for query or issues related to productivity, process stabilization and identifying digital opportunities
Proactive in handling query with regards to process transformation
Ability to work with cross-functional teams; multiple geographies to run a common agenda for transformation & continuous improvement
Exposure to Digital process / tool implementation will be an added advantage
Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients
Ability to create and run continuous improvement roadmaps in synchronization with client agenda to drive higher productivity to customers / run better AOI at Genpact level
Drive Effectively Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up
Coaching and Mentoring of Black Belts
Basic accounting knowledge to enable understanding of the purpose and the process followed
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
Exposure to Project management or Process Excellence or BB profile with relevant experience in Process excellence and preferably in Accounts payable & Sourcing
Should have experience as a Black Belt (exposure to black belt project / big transformation / consulting projects)
Proven experience in driving continuous improvements across teams using Lean Six Sigma framework
Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
Facilitative Leadership skills – Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching – to be able to drive change
Preferred qualifications:
Exposure to F&A should be an added advantage – Source to Pay & Accounts Payable
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma
