Eligibility  :  (a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-5 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or (iii) with ten years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 4 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience: (i) Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; and (ii) One year experience in staff welfare activities.

Pay :  Level-6 (Rs. 35,400- 1,12,400/-) of the Pay Matrix

Age Limit :  56 yrs
