Veritas’ Worldwide Field Operations (WFO) propels company growth by driving all aspects of new business and channel sales and includes global sales operations and global sales enablement for all new business and renewal sales.

Responsibilities

• Sales operations support to global sales team
• Sales forecasting metrics, sales enablement, and contract quoting experience (CPQ)
• Quote support to Field Sales (NBU conversions; co-terms; discounting request support)
• Queries management on program operational, CRM and portal enquiries for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems enhancements / launches when required
• Perform administrative / process audit checks when required
• Importing of data to CRM system (Oracle) for follow up by Inside Sales Teams
• Day to day business operations
  
  

Minimum Required Skills Include

Graduate from any discipline.

Well versed with MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint with perience in data analytics, market analysis or reporting

Proven ability to deliver results against a specific set of goals

Ability to communicate cross functionally

Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, learn autonomously, and highly organized

Demonstrated ability working independently and applying exceptional creativity in solving open-ended problems.

Ability to think outside the box

Data Modeling/ Ability to use data to tell a story

Technologies

• Systems and Tools (e.g. CRM Tools (~SFDC, Oracle CRM),Quoting Tools such as BMI (Big Machines),OBIEE, etc.) – training will be provided as needed
• CPQ / Big Machines - Quoting tool
• Oracle Sales Cloud end user experience (Any other CRM end user experience)
• Intermediate level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) required, Visio, MS Access is good to have
