Responsibilities:
Engaging with our users - in person, on calls, over email
You will work as a coordinator between client and internal teams
You will need to consult the client in optimising their business by providing business solutions through our product.
Manage client expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
Manage support request cases according to procedure
Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.
Troubleshoot certain issues directly for clients
Take the initiative to thoroughly understand the software platforms that we use and the business processes that we are trying to solve with the software
Skills:
0-1+ years experience in client-servicing role preferably with product based company
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, detail oriented, and organized,
Positive attitude and a team player
Ability to understand customer use cases or problems and replicate or communicate them to developers
Ability to quickly diagnose, understand, and communicate issues
Enjoys working in a startup environment and with entrepreneurially minded people
Desire to learn and grow as the company and positional requirements change
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
Good to have knowledge about real estate sector.
