About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implementing ADDA product for new and current clients
2. Owning the successful onboarding of customers on ADDA product until we go live
3. Delivering training on ADDA for both administrators and end-users
4. Documenting all customer interactions in designated CRM, and providing excellent customer experiences
5. Documenting and creating self-help content for internal consumption and external consumption
6. Working closely with all departments to determine best practice and approach for specific client needs
7. Making product enhancement requests based on current, and future software capabilities
8. Extending training and post-implementation support
9. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints/queries following the agreed maintenance & support procedure (phone, email, and in-person support)
10. Traveling to clients' place for training
11. Performing root cause analysis and resolving software and hardware issues
12. Performing application troubleshooting
13. Managing customer relationships and being the single point of contact for customer queries
14. Tracking applications related issues with clients and driving them to closure
