- Attend service requests within SLA
- Handle purchase& vendor management / Negotiation skills
- Insurance activity (GMC/Personal accident Insurance & Parental Insurance)
- Inventory maintenance
- Facility up keep & manage preventive breakdown maintenance
- Logistics arrangement during client visit
- Transport facility management ensuring 100 percent employee satisfaction & reduce escalations
- Cafeteria maintenance, hygiene & safety measures
- AMC tracking and vendor follow-up for equipment service & maintain cordial relation with vendors to attend emergency calls at once
- Security and housekeeping monitoring & measure cleanliness
- Consumable ordering based on reorder level and maintain buffer as needed
- Access cum ID card handling
- Printing activities
- Handle minor maintenance activities
- Overseas travel arrangements /tickets/ insurance/forex/calling card
- Vendor bills follow-up and payment, avoid escalations
- Statutory document compliance (STPI, Central Excise, Customs, PBWH/Labor, etc.,)
- Event management and support HR team as needed
- Record keeping of the activities and maintain proper track of all admin moments
- Proficient Written and oral communication skill / English
- Ability to draft letters to government officials
- Proficiency in MS office tools
- Expertise in Asset management system
- Experience in Vendor / Purchase Management
- Cab / Facility Management
- Insurance & Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools
