Essential Qualification and Experience* LL.B. degree with 0 to 2 Years of post-qualification experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Litigation: Drafting, conducting research and appearing before Bombay High Court and City Civil Court & Tribunals.
Non Litigation: Drafting conveyance, agreements, title diligence, re-development agreements etc.
Skills:
Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills
Problem solving
Decision making
Ability to project manage to a high standard
Ability to work independently
Excellent legal English skills
Attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
