We have an immediate job opening for one of our leading insurance client seeking candidates for Role: Associate Agency Development Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate

Specification: Minimum 1+year of field sales

Job description:

* Candidates should recruit team members for their own team
* Motivate and help them to achieve target

* Candidate individually should achieve own target

* Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line

* Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring

* Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company

* Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

* Meet Business Targets
