Associate Agency Development Manager
Develop various sources of hiring of the agents & build the team of agents and business pipeline
Conduct various required activities to enhance footfall of existing agents to generate fresh and referral business
Ensuring product knowledge and training of the agents
Demonstration of the offerings to the client as and when required along with the agent
Personal sales-skills development of the agents, e.g. calling, fixing meetings etc.
Identification of the training needs of the agents
Meet Business targets
Achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
Improve productivity and persistency of the agents
Ensure the company’s product mix sales ration and adhere to business norms
Be a brand ambassador of the company and customer champion
Follow the best sales practices defined by the company to develop a deep loyalty
Responding to customers queries as per company standards
