Responsible for
Agent Recruitment
- Develop various sources of hiring of the agents & build the team of agents and business pipeline
- Conduct various required activities to enhance footfall of existing agents to generate fresh and referral business
Agent Development
- Ensuring product knowledge and training of the agents
- Demonstration of the offerings to the client as and when required along with the agent
- Personal sales-skills development of the agents, e.g. calling, fixing meetings etc.
- Identification of the training needs of the agents
Meet Business targets
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
- Improve productivity and persistency of the agents
- Ensure the company’s product mix sales ration and adhere to business norms
Customer centricity
- Be a brand ambassador of the company and customer champion
- Follow the best sales practices defined by the company to develop a deep loyalty
- Responding to customers queries as per company standards
