Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.
Candidate shall have min 1 year of any sale experience.
Candidates having sales experience from BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Consumer Durable will be preferred.
Candidates should have their own conveyance.
