Job Description – Associate Architect

Location: Bangalore

Job brief

We need a proficient Associate Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for workspace planning and designing while keeping in mind the needs of the project.

Responsibilities

o    Independently create full design concepts for projects based on Principal’s design vision

o    General research and all sourcing

o    Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations.

o    Organize and manage samples library

o    Research new products and materials

o    Type up and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, etc.

o    Maintain organized client & project information

o    Read architectural plans and produce scaled sketches, drawings and room layouts.

Requirements

o    Must possess pertinent degrees in Architecture / Interior Design

o    Minimum of 3 years’ experience

o    Previous experience in Corporate Interiors is strongly preferred

o    Must have excellent people skills

o    Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project

o    Must be able to complete technical drawings

o    A strong communicator is a necessity

o    Up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and technologies

o    Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines

o    Must be a strong team player
