Major Responsibilities:

Coordinate with project leads to track progress and monitor performance against key project milestones
Update monthly scorecards.
Provide support on project management activities; including project plan updates, project status material preparation and follow-up on issues, risks, and action items.
Document business requirements, and communicate these requirements to the development team for the design and implementation of business solutions.
Coordinate and perform testing and user training.
Perform detailed analysis on manually intensive reports/processes and provide recommendations for efficiencies.
Identification, analysis and tracking of data quality issues.
Ability to access and mine data from multiple sources to feed reporting and respond to queries.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining strong data governance and access controls.
Special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested.

Qualifications & Skills:

Project management, business analysis, and process improvement experience.
Strong data analysis/quantitative/technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new processes, and datasets.
Strong analytical and process management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts advantageous, as is knowledge of the AM business.
Advanced knowledge in various MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio).
Experience in analyzing complex data sets.
Exemplary communication, influencing, relationship building, and coordination skills.
Highly motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent attention to detail, sense of urgency and a creative mindset.
Team player with ability to act as a trusted partner with the Business and Finance teams
