Associate Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

Support enterprise content management applications (OnBase) used to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content to organizational processes
Provide optimal solution for the business need through OnBase components
Develop and implement includes on various components such as Workflows, Workviews, Advance Capturing, Eforms, Unity Forms, and Administration Configuration and Scan Queues etc.
Meet up with the business team and involve in providing the design for their requirement
Design Development Implement Monitor and support components
Develop the reports according to the individual teams need through Report Services
Implement workflow, API, and custom electronic forms solutions for clients using C#, the Unity API and ASP.NET
Design, code, test, debug, and record those programs proficient to work at top technical level of every level of applications programming activities
Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex modules
Design and develop code applications to technical and functional programming standards
Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction
Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies
Develop operational documents for Application
Build and maintain relationships across the program team
Diagnose potential risks/issue and provide proactive Program Risk/Issue Management
Document and communicate user needs in professional and efficient manner
Analyze complex business situations and develop innovative solutions
Build trusted relationships

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience with various actions and rules provided by OnBase out of the box
Extensive experience in SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures
Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase
Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow/workview design
Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow design
Experience with installing and configuring VPD for TIFF conversion of documents on user machines
Experience in .NET
Security profile Configuration - experience in setting security at document type group levels for user groups with overriding privileges for Document Types and Security Context Keywords to restrict document access
Possess extensive knowledge in developing Custom Eform using HTML and CSS
Extensive knowledge of Vbscripts used in OnBase as Rules to perform custom operations on documents using Thick Client API
Extensive knowledge of Unity Script development and API used. Worked in projects to translate VbScripts to Unity Scripts
Extensive knowledge of VBscripts and Javascript used within HTML for various validations and aesthetic look and feel of the document.
Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules: Document Imaging, Document Import Processing (Image and Meta-Data),COLD/ERM, Report Services
Strong knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts and JavaScripts
Wide knowledge on creating reports using Report Services
Knowledge of writing web services
Knowledge of group product lines and Corporate Operations
Deep understanding in configure settings related to OnBase functionality such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates
Document Type and Keyword Configuration
Well-versed in creating the Automatic process through OCR (Advance Capture)
Workflow Configuration and Administration using out of the box rules and actions, writing Vbscripts and Unity in workflows to implement actions/rules not readily available in OnBase
Barcode process configuration and Scan queue configuration for indexing with Kofax Scanners
Worked on integrating VPD with Scan Queues as a preprocessor to convert imported PDF documents into TIFF before they are added to Scan queues
Dynamically updatable Eforms using hidden XML variables
Configuration of System Tasks, Adhoc User tasks and Timers to meet business and IT SLA
Document Import Process (DIP) and TIP configuration for storage of documents in OnBase and integration with scan queues for indexing
Deep understanding on WorkView component and should have hands on creating application using the WorkView
Effective Analytical, written and oral communication skills
Possess strong interpersonal, presentation skills and excellent communication skills; the ability to facilitate collaboration and influence among multiple audiences - business, technology
Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment

Prolonged sitting is required (9.5 hours shift)
Work is performed in a normal office environment in evening Shift (2:30 PM to 12:00 AM)
